Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
But we do have a Happiness Guarantee at The Oven Door: if you are unhappy with your order, we'll refund or replace it.

If there is a problem with your product that our Quality Assurance team at the bakery needs to know about, we'll need a little extra information from you:
- If the problem is visible, take a photo of the issue.
- Find the production code on the packaging. It's an 8-digit code printed usually on the front of the package in black ink. This helps our team know from which batch the item came.
- Send the photos, production code, and description of the problem to [email protected]
