How do I know my bread will stay fresh while shipping?Updated 6 months ago

Our breads are stored in the freezer prior to being shipped to you. 

However, because of the shelf life of the breads, we do not ship them frozen. They will thaw as they transit to you.

If you see some condensation inside or on the bread bags when they arrive, don't worry. This is normal, especially in colder weather if the bread hasn't thawed completely before it arrives.

Once they arrive, we recommend keeping a loaf on the counter to enjoy within a few days. Store the excess bread in your freezer.
